CJC 1295 no DAC is a GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) that releases GH pulses over a period of time. This is beneficial because less injections are required – sort of the casein of peptides. It is commonly stacked with a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide), which when combined with a GHRH, provide a synergistic effect that encourages more of the body’s own growth hormone production. Commonly, CJC 1295 (DAC and no DAC) can be found in a blend with a GHRP such as GHRP-2 or GHRP-6.

DAC vs. no DAC
CJC 1295 DAC will require less injections due to various smaller pulses of GH after injecting, while CJC no DAC releases do not last as long. The DAC version has been shown to release growth hormone stores throughout the day and the night, and even throughout the week. If you choose to have shorter growth hormone spikes that require multiple injections per day, go with CJC no DAC. CJC with DAC can be injected 2-3 times per week, along with a daily injection of a GHRH for a synergistic effect.
Dosage, Mixing, and Storage
Reconstitution of CJC 1295 should be done with bacteriostatic water, which is injected into the vial after drawn from another vial that contains the bacteriostatic water. Slowly inject the water down the side of the vial to avoid damaging the peptide. Also, do not shake the vial after mixing. Once it has been reconstituted, store it in a cool, dry place, such as a refrigerator.
With 1295 no DAC, injections of 100-200mcg doses a few times (1-3 times) per day is usually the standard. Using DAC, up to 2mg can be injected twice weekly, allowing for less injections but smaller, more frequent pulses of GH. Injections are to be done with a 1ML(1CC) insulin syringe.
