Kevin Levrone is a legend in the sport of bodybuilding. Not only did he have an unusual combination of size and aesthetics, but he was also known to be an incredibly strong bodybuilder as well. He can be seen in videos benching 500 lbs for reps with extremely good form, as well as a 405 lb behind-the-neck shoulder press.

Wednesday – Back / Arms
Thursday – REST DAY
Friday – Chest / Shoulders / Triceps

Kevin Levrone’s Arm Routine:

TRICEPS

Close-grip bench press: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Lying extension: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Rope pushdown: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
One-arm dumbbell extension: 4 sets of 6-8 reps

BICEPS

Barbell curl: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Seated dumbbell curl: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Cable curl: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
Concentration curl: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
