Roelly Winklaar Profile and Workout Routine

Egberton Rulove “Roelly” Etienne-Winklaar is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. His first major impact into the bodybuilding scene, as discussed by many, was his impressive win at the 2010 New York Pro, which he won. He displayed insane size and conditioning and was thought to be the next big thing in bodybuilding – somebody that would even possibly be a top 5 finisher in the Olympia.

Since Roelly’s impressive showing at the 2010 New York Pro, Roelly seems to have been hit and miss, and has not yet appeared to come in quite the shape that he displayed in the 2010 New York Pro. Video blogs of his training shows him growing to insane sizes, displaying an incredibly thick back and striated triceps even in the off season.

Roelly is currently a BSN athlete and has been sponsored by Muscular Development magazine as well.

Strong Body Parts: Triceps, Back

Weak Body Parts: No glaring weaknesses in Roelly’s physique, but conditioning and fullness seem to be an inssue when competing.

Training Facts:

Roelly usually breaks his training into two sessions: a session in the morning and a session in the evening, usually doing a muscle group during each session. Most of his exercises consist of pyramid sets, where the reps start off higher and decrease in reps, while increasing the weight. He does, however, vary the reps and might even increase the amount of reps randomly.
